By accessing or using Kelyx AI ("Kelyx", "the platform", "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use Kelyx.

Kelyx is a platform exclusively for the creation and distribution of AI-generated and AI-assisted creative work, restricted to users 18 years of age or older. The platform is not available to users located in the United Kingdom.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kelyx. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

We may require age verification at any time. Misrepresenting your age is grounds for immediate termination.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Kelyx. By uploading, you grant Kelyx a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content on the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to all content you upload, including any inputs used to generate it.

Kelyx may remove content that violates these Terms or our Content Policy at our discretion.

You may not use Kelyx to upload content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or violates our Content Policy.

You may not engage in harassment, impersonation, or coordinated inauthentic behavior. Repeat violations result in permanent account termination.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Dashboard settings.
